How do I lock and unlock a video?

Open a video on YouTube and click the lock button in the top-right corner of the player, or use the Video Lock button in Chrome's toolbar. Click it again to unlock. While it's locked, Video Lock's play/pause and fullscreen buttons still work.

How much can I use it for free?

The free plan gives 5 minutes of locked playback a day per Google account, shared across your devices. It resets at midnight UTC.

How many devices can I use?

• Personal, monthly: US$3 for 30 days, up to 1 device
• Personal, yearly: US$30 for 365 days, up to 1 device
• Family, monthly: US$5 for 30 days, up to 5 devices
• Family, yearly: US$50 for 365 days, up to 5 devices

Going over the limit signs out the device that signed in earliest.

I paid, but Premium isn't showing.

Sign in with the same Google account you paid with, then open the Video Lock popup to refresh it. If it still doesn't show, email us with your order reference.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 7 days of payment. See the terms.
